All items are made to order, therefore all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Because each item is custom created specifically for you, we are unable to restock or resell any products.

If you need to make any changes such as sizing or shipping address to your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In the rare event your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
